I know this is la bit later in the day(nite) then I wanted to post this, but I was doing really bad by the time I left the Pre-Re.

I just wanted to give a big thanks to Moody and his family (Marty and Shannon) and to my pal Joker for the cake and gift.

It really meant a lot, and thats to everyone that wished me a happy one.

For those of you that don't know, George Carlin was pronounced dead today from heart failure.

Updates From Indy

Ok, here is an update from Moody.
It's now 3 o'clock, and round 3 (yes, only round 3) is in progress.

The event started at 10am, but someone deleted all of the entries, so they had to put them back in. (Took about an hour Moody said).
Then PastTimes had no idea about the City Champs winners and their byes. (Had to wait about 40 minutes so they could verify this).
Then they decided to give everyone a lunch break after round 2. (Another our down the drain).
Then they decided that it was time to put in all of the City Champs winners. Yes you read that right, they tried to put them in after round 2 with a 0-0 record.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So all in all, about a 3 hour delay.

Par for the course for these fucking losers.

Looks like Merfolk was the deck of choice as it is dominating the top tables right now they said. With some Lark and Elves sprinkled in. Faeries is there, and appears to be the most played deck, but didn't look like it was near as strong at the top tables.
